LSD is a hallucinogen that greatly disturbs the brains "wiring". Often people under the influence of this drug experience severe misperceptions of reality.  Sights, smells, sounds, tastes, thoughts, and feelings can be greatly effected leading many to feel that they are seeing things that aren't there or to do things that make no sense. 

Some users have been reported to believe that they can fly and have leapt off buildings to their death.  Popularized in the 60's this drug is making a comeback and is extremely dangerous! 

LSD use causes:

Nausea

Chills

Convulsions

Sleepiness

Dizziness

Heavy sweating

Increased blood pressure

Rapid heart rate

Loss of appetite

Extreme mood swings

Feeling conflicting emotions (experiencing opposite feelings at the same time)

Severe anxiety

Distortions

Fear of insanity

Extremely impaired judgment

depression

LSD MAY ALSO LEAD TO:

Mental breakdown

Suicide

Extreme violence

Flashbacks (recurrence of a "trip" that may occur days or even months after use!)

Doesn't sound like fun at all!  In fact it is very dangerous!
